It always seems to be Cap d'Agde or something close to that where most couples have the most freedom.

Gran Canaria for club fun but Cap for completely uninhibited 24hr freedom, from what I've seen.

Never been personally, just from pics and forum posts

Vera playa in Spain. 1 hour from Murcia. Complete section of the town where you can legally roam around naked. Everybody should try it once
