The Power of The Dog by Don Winslow.

So who read it?

What did you think of it?

Did you enjoy it?

I finished it during the week. I thought it started a little slow but picked up pace after a while. On the whole I enjoyed but not a book I’d usually read.

It is a slow burner alright. But a great read all the same.

"Glad you two enjoyed it "

Enjoyed it alright but the bit on the bridge was harrowing, I had to take a brake after that.

Dunboyne

Stephen King - Rose Madder

It's not a horror novel but about a woman escaping a bastard husband, who happens to be a cop, so has access to systems to try find her.

It's a brilliant suspense read about her escaping and finding herself again and then....

Trust me, it's excellent and likely a movie soon

I have a book called The Final Empire in the kindle so I’m gonna recommend that. It’s the first of a trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. It’s in the fantasy genre so might not be everyone’s cup of tea

I suggest The Good Samaritan by John Marrs and American Dirt by Jeanne Cummins.
