Ohhhh, now you're talking everyone loves a good hamburger or steak but I'm a lover of ribs. Good thick ribs, sticky homemade bourbon sauce and blackened slightly on the bbq (proper coals) mmmmm...finger licking lip smacking delish

I have seen them come in a spiral so you can cut them to your desired length...You need to befriend your local butcher

I had a bbq last weekend and bought the Moroccan kofta kebabs from Asda they were lush and part of the 3 for £10 range .

My fav is my homemade Chicken tikka kebabs which always go down a treat.

Enjoy your bbq

It must be a northern thing to not bbq

Ironic considering how you usually love lighting fires outside

I make my own burger patties with a couple of secret ingredients and they are amazing(if I may say so myself)

Oh and I cover corn on the cob with spices and char them on the bbq (amazing)

Dunboyne

Beef brisket, pork shoulder and fuck breasts in the smoker.

Homemade burgers, hotdogs and chimichurri marinaded rib eye steak on the BBQ grill (charcoal only) and an onion burger for the vegans

Not bragging but I kick ass at BBQ

Thats a fucking BBQ done right,

Personally, i like marinaded pork neck(vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, salt & Worcestershire) , skewered with peppers and onions and i could sit outside all night drinking beers until the sun comes up.....
