Big interview

Ok so I have a very big interview in a hour

Any helpful tips or tricks? Or any experience of difficult questions?

Any suggestions much appreciated

Make sure you have some knowledge of the company when they ask.

If there is a question you don't have an answer for be honest. Nothing worse than someone waffling on the other side of the desk/screen about something unrelated to what you ask.

Take your time answering the questions sometimes people start running at the mouth and something silly comes out. Concise thoughtful answers always come across better than long winded repetitive ones.

Best of luck with the interview! Remember the STAR method when they ask you a question

S - Situation (what happened)

T - Task (the task you needed to do)

A - Action (what did you do)

R - Result (what happened in the end)

Don't drink coffee! (can't believe I'm saying that!) Something soothing and calming.

Herbal tea, fav perfume, lavender on pulse points, look at picture that takes you to happy place...and good luck!

Definatly don't do this if the interviewer is male and looks like me. Because if you do you will be in a puddle in no time .
