What makes you choose what age your profile is open to?

I feel I'm on the wrong side of most people's range.... Any particular reason?

No where near my children's age where the lower age limit is concerned. As far as the upper age limit is concerned it used to be a level of maturity but that's becoming increasingly difficult to find on here recently.

My filtered ages are mostly to cut down on mail first and foremost.If I see someone outside those ages that I like I'll contact them but in saying that I wouldn't go much lower than the lower ages on mine.

i was advised half my age plus 7 was a sensible lower age and it seems to work comfortably

Not when you are 50

Maturity but that can be hit and miss at any age. Generally 10 above and 10 below...oh those numbers are sounding fab
