Anyone getting caught for customs from dthe likes of Bonara/lovehoney etc

What are they putting on packages for customs as product descriptions ?

I got deliveries from lovehoney and bondara since January and as far as I remember they just put personal items on the customs label. They put the same on regular clothes that I ordered so it shouldn't look funny if packages are seen by neighbours or anything.

Unfortunately delivery drivers/postal workers know what all shops packaging looks like. They learn to recognise them over time. Buy they still won't know what is in the package.

Got hit with customs on bondara. Its a pity as most Irish sites are over priced and don't have the selection or quality most UK sites have

That's what I find too. I guess we don't have the population to sustain such a wide variety

When you paid the cuwtoms. Did it say from customs then what was in package ?

A friend used Amazon.de and got some toys...no problems at all and cheaper

Agree with you. Any other than UK work perfectly. No issues so far with any shopping

I contacted lovehoney customer service, they said packages shouldn't incur customs charges but if they do for some reason, you just have to contact them and they'll refund the cost.

When you make the purchase have the seller write Sample or Gift in bold on the package. This can avoid any additional costs the courier might seek to charge
