"Anyone here interested in the DeFi space? Do you think it is here to stay or a passing fad that will die out? I am interested to hear any opinions and if you have any skin in the game. " I'm gonna follow this thread too. I don't know much about it, but it seems to be pretty limited in its application at the moment. It seems to be limited to crypto trading. Understandably so, given how new it is. It sounds like it has serious potential though. It also sounds like smart contracts will be key to them and the ability to use real world data to execute the smart contracts.

"I work in the space as a trader at a DeFi start up so it’s cool to see other people with an interest in it as it’s still very new and untapped. If you’ve any questions yourself feel free to shoot me a message anytime or if you just wanna chat about what you’re seeing in the markets I’m always up for it " Oh cool! I'd love to get a better understanding of it. I tried DMing you but I'm blocked by your filters, so I'll post in here. Could you suggest any good articles/videos for beginners? How did you get into trading btw? I've been trying some on the side, but I think I'm better suited to swing* trading than day trading. Ironically enough

"The ethereum network is too expensive at the moment. Hopefully DEFI on the other networks takes off soon." IOTA has plans for introducing DeFi and smart contracts. It will be feeless and scalable, so it should suit DeFi.
