I have found that a healthy routine has made the biggest difference for me. Regular exercise, decent diet, and no phone in bed. Do you notice that your feet are cold when lying awake? A bath before bedtime might work as well , it'll spike the body temperature and when it starts to fall, that signals that it's time to go to sleep. | |||
