"are you happy with whats coming down the line? " Yes. The Govt are aware that this is the last lockdown and are being understandably cautious, especially with the slow vaccine rollout. They had hoped for more to be vaccinated by now so I support how they feel they need to do it.

"Happy? No Resigned, yes. Widespread vaccination is the way out of this. Countries which eased up too soon are seeing more surges and new more virulent strains" Let's suck it up for a bit longer, better than going into another one later on

"No. As usual half of it makes no sense whatsoever. " not allowing kids back training and golf/tennis for another month is comical but it clearly shows the aim is to get schools finished without a glitch but naturally with a bit more open cases will rise and watch the panic set in then. Big thing is vaccinations though. they have to ramp up significantly and sooner rather than later

"No I’d honestly prefer them not easing up at all for a few more weeks. The virus spreads quicker than the vaccines can be administered. If this is to be the last time I’d have held off increasing travel limits and allowing different households to meet before the impact of all kids being back in school was taken into account. " Same. I'm delighted at the prospect of being able to see friends again (none live inside my 5k) but I think it's due to public pressure and not the actual data.

"Yes, just hoping we don't have to pay a higher price for it later on" we shouldn't if the vaccination process is right.
