When enough is enough

When did you decide "enough is enough" in a relationship and decide to move on.

For me it was the Mid 1990s.....

I had just signed to a major record label and was working on my first album.

My "Girl" a former Rose of Tralee contestant and a runner up House Wife of the Year had left her husband and was shacked up with me.

We had an apartment in Dublin together and life was good.

We had been out at Lillies Bordello all day drinking West Coast Coolers, pints of Smithwicks and smoking Benson & Hedges dipped in Pcp.

So in fairness we were a bit worse for wear.

We made our way home, opened a few more cans of Smithwicks and continued partying.

Around 4am "She" dissapeared to the bathroom.

About 20 minutes later She came into the lounge and said "Go and have a look at the size of the poo Ive just done in the bathroom!"

No thanks,”I replied.

Please, just one quick look,”She said, “You wont believe it.”

I pinched my nose, ran in, looked down the toilet, then ran out and said, “Theres nothing down there, you must have flushed it.”

“Its on the scales.”She said

It was at that point I decided to move on.

And true to my word 13 years to the day I packed my bags and left.

Want to share your stories, you Rascals?
