All those missed events are the real hurt...not diminishing or making little of those who have given the life or lost loved ones. Every misses the small things that went want uncelibrated...

Realistically I'd be exactly where I am but I'd love to be on an early holiday in the Canaries, on a spa weekend, or even just in the pub!

Cant beat good food and intense debate over the most frivolous shite... when you are cleaning away the glasses think that was a great night but not remembering any serious conversations...

Every year we stay in apartment in Alfama. I love sand and beaches but Lisbon for a weekend is the best! Great food, vino, and views!

Only Malaga and Andalusia itself can beat Lisbon

Im in love and really missing the people and food, and of course an amazing atmosphere!

I agree but then i feel guilty for wishing to have it back when i consider the suffering of those who have lost family and friends...we have wrapped out 88 year old mam in cotton wool and mind her like hell...still i miss the release of a meal out a coffee and a chat or a movie

Remembering the crew of Rescue 116 who were tragically lost 4 years ago tonight.

Only met them once on a training exercise 6 or 7 months earlier but it still gives me chills to think I sat where they were sitting that fateful night
