have to say, as a semi hairy man, I use a bic razor and "Bulldog" moisturiser on my balls and a beard trimmer set close on the rest, the trimmer brings everything down to around same length as my body hair looks naturalish but very short and OMG at the smooth balls. first time I did that, I knew I was never going back to having hairy balls
