3 weeks into the vape now & no cigarettes in between. Odd craving now & then though. Would you consider yourself still as a smoker when vaping

Still counts as a smoker for health insurance

Well done

I'm into week 4 of zero nicotine and finding it much easier than expected

Thats awesome you are off the cigarettes I imagine much much better than smoking but long term effects of vaping largely still not known.

I'm on nicorette gum. I tried cold turkey, had literally 5 bacon baps between breakfast and lunch. My appetite exploded so went on the gum. Downside is it is now like 10 years later, no cigarettes but still on the gum

Off since January with the vape. Few odd cigarettes now and again especially if I forget the vape.

Well done BTW. Not easy as both of us can contest.

Sweating it when battery in vape goes into red. Especially when doing a lot of driving every day

Can’t beat a nice bacon bap. Gum probably better than the tablets to stop you smoking. Heard some bad stories about them.

Tried the lot, bacon baps, Vaping, patches, that spray stuff, just found the gum worked best for me.

Hopefully you stay off the smokes! It really makes you better

Get a spare battery. That's what I did. Brutal at remembering to charge it.

Switched to vaping exactly a year ago.

Miraculously I've found a vaping liquid that tasted exactly like the crushballs I was smoking.

Zero cravings since.

I do vape a lot more than I used to smoke, but it's all due to the fact that I've nicotine cut down as low as it gets and.. well I don't have to go outside any more.

Missus

Bar that bit of vape liquid that you can taste the odd time they are great. But I'll never get used to that feeling. It's like wet bread touching your hand when you do the washing up or something. But being able to give up tobacco makes it worth it.
