Plans for the day 50 km cycle inside my 5 km before anyone asks lol

Nice hot shower than a long slow wank

All finished in time for united and Chelsea.

Having a little play here now first mmmmmm the up and work out some weights and body conditioning. Then have a zoom after that not sure yet msybe clean my car or cut the grass.

Have to head to the b&q later for a few things. Might clean up the backyard a bit for the kids later on. Other then that it's going to be a nice chilled out day before we go back to work tomorrow
