My masters was in exercise adherence and motivation Although was years ago and I'm not so good at it anymore as my exercise equipment are now my clothes horses

I've gone for the idea that chocolate exercise. Maybe I could do with more motivation myself!

Definitely doesn't rule you out at all , i like cake although made a big valentines cake had to run to family with half so i wouldn't eat it all. Cake is just to nice.

If you have an iptv subscription. The "Insanity" program with Shaun T is on it. Its crazy hard but I've lost over two stone doing it(and not even doing it everyday like you're supposed too)in a short time.
