Hi all,

I've been here a while but arrived just in time for lockdown, so haven't had the chance to arrange meets. I'm hoping to change that in March (if lockdown ends), and would appreciate any advice on sprucing up my profile.

I think the picture of the backpack hanging on a wardrobe next to a Cello is slightly unsettling?

On the pics, be careful of stuff in the background which may detract from the main 'object' and maybe include some nice clothed pics as well, show that you have style, us ladies love that!

Bulk out the text a bit, use the who, what, when , where, why thing to find more stuff to add.

Fair play on asking for advice, it's a far better profile than most guys profiles on here - good luck

Honestly, Ohpee, you've a good wee selection of pictures and a nice, courteous, bio!

What I would say in terms of "sprucing it up" is that whether it be your pictures, your header or anything related to your profile it's your opportunity to put your personality across so make the most of it!

Have a look at other men's profiles, with regards to picture ideas, and see what's popular! Maybe try more 'sensual' ones, for lack of a better word!

Maybe talk about your interests, sexual or otherwise, with the idea of creating conversation starters; most people look at, and read, a profile before deciding whether to open or reply to a message after all.

You already note you're a scientist, don't be afraid to talk about that! Sounds interesting

plus can create a wee ice breaker if someone has a mutual interest in it!

Now Im just being nosey, but DDF what?? Its a bit of a lofty claim

I agree your pics are pretty good, apart from the backpack one. The props add a bit about you, cello, plant
