Typical sensationalism...lots of private parties will have been held over Valentines, despite HSE rules & regulations, but obviously swingers are allowed party...if you can have a small wedding reception why not an invites only party

Is this a statement or a question?

Bit of both, I am waiting until I get the vaccine, meeting or not meeting is all about personal respinsibility, it should not be about HSE rules

Belfast

My dogs have more sense of personal responsibility than some fully formed humans.

"What story ...is it about the funeral "

A swingers party apparently involving 12 couples in a leafy suburb of Dublin. We took it with a pinch of salt tbh

That place in

I think the main difference would be social distancing. In a meet people are always going to be much much closer to one another than at a wedding, at least that's my experience of the two.

And I respectfully disagree: yes it is all about personal responsibility, but that responsibility has to be based on the most up to date information. And because a large portion of the public, don't give a rat's a*se about personal responsibility especially if it inconveniences them, there has to be rules to deal with them.

Personally I think it's unfortunate those rules aren't always backed up with applicable law and enforced...

Dublin City

I thought it was hilarious. As a fab friend said “slow news day”.

As for “hors d'oeurves and outfits”, surely they mean Tayto and condoms.

FFS!! We all know who these swingers are and they are the furthest thing from “well-heeled” LOLOL
