How do people control 2 to 3 fab profile, it's hard enough with one, but having two must be hectic, what do people need two profiles for?

I have 3. Solo profile, a profile with my husband and a profile for a swing retreat. It's not that hard to be fair. The couples profile and Valhalla Retreat are easy to manage. It's the solo profile that takes up most of my time.
