Does anyone actually use alarm clocks anymore or does everyone use their phone?

What about the old Teasmaid? Never had one and couldn't see the point but are they still a thing?

I have a vintage grandfather clock and a mantle clock both made by my grandfather and they are very special but we don't have the same attachment to digital clocks and gadgets.

A grandfather clock would be amazing tho. It's big who couldn't rate it well. Sadly mine are all just small clocks that I dont really rate at all

I've never seen a teasmaid tho.

I dont need clocks. I have a small gremlin who usually smacks me on the head around 6am to get up. then its breakfast time, usually around half 12/1 theres moans of im hungry so i know its lunch time and then around 4 theyre usually asking whats for dinner. When ive had enough of them for the day it means its bedtime

Never used an alarm clock. I was the family alarm as a child and still even to this day I can tell what time it is to within 5 mins without looking at a phone or clock.

Nothing more satisfying though than getting the old grandfather clock going again after years of silence. That was one of my lockdown one projects. The chime would waken the dead so I removed that.

I use a small digital clock as my alarm clock and my watch but I'm always awake before they go off anyhow. They are more a back up at this stage.

I still have my alarm clock radio thing from when I was 12. It’s a simple Sony Digital clock radio... I’ve never used the radio, only ever the clock and alarm.. it’s never let me down but like you, I always wake up before it wakes me...

I had never heard of a Teasmaid before now. But that sounds like the best invention ever! An alarm clock that makes you a cuppa tea before u get outta bed is the dream.
