Couples profile

Trying to set up couples profile with fb of mine. For some reason fab has us stuck on the “upload verification photo” and we can’t access full site. Our verification photo is a pic of us both but not in the one pic. (Two separate pics holding the piece of paper with user name). This is due to lockdown restrictions. So does fab need couples in the one pic for verification?

Theres a feedback forum where you can ask this. I think someone might have actually asked this question lately. Plus it seems to take a bit longer than usual for photos to be approved lately

Think it says you must both be in the same verification pic. Other wise lads would be having a field day

Same happened us during lockdown last year. If you dont verify within a certain timeframe they will lock your account completely until you lost a veriphoto. Even after doing that we were still banned from posting in forums. Had to contact admin a million times to get the ban lifted.

Try to get it sorted soon is my advice.

Are you doing this on desktop or mobile? We joined via desktop and were ages trying to get photo verified. When we finally got verified, we realised that many profiles were not photo verified so we assume that you don't need it when signing up on mobile.
