Does the standard of a kiss determine what direction a meet might go?

If there is no chemistry - then nothing even kiss will happen.

And for me bad kiss is when the breathe is not fresh

That's why I've decided to meet only non smokers.

One of my friends did not have a choice but from the time perspective she is happy as smoking-free person

I made that experience of 'not feeling' it once but not because of the kissing. It was super embarrassing, akward and horrible to disappoint and flee my opposite, not even to mention what he must have felt like. Anyhow never want to go back there and I've learnt my lesson.

Yes consent goes all the way but best is not to get into such situation in the first place. Hence my question.

Kissing is EVERYTHING. My first meet off fab, the kiss in the lift after our coffee meet was so unreal that my knees went from under me. Absolutely essential.

Completely 100%. But it’s not always the kissing that can give you the “oops no” feeling. It took me a while to work it out but someone’s smell can flip me on the spot. Everything else is fine but their body smell (I don’t mean BO!!) isnt “right”... I’ve yet to feel I had to leave because of that but I’ve worked it out after and not gone back there...

I meet for a social first and if we get in then we usually would have had a kiss at the end. It's then I'd know for sure if we will meet again. If it's a bad kiss I would just say that it was nice meeting them but it won't be going any farther. We are all grown adults in fairness. And usually if it doesn't work for one it hasn't worked for the other.

I always have a social meet first but in useless and would never make the first move for a kiss. So many a social meet I've left not knowing whether they good kisser or not. Thankfully anyone I have met a 2nd time the kissing was good so fun has always been had.

I love kissing it ignites my fire and thankfully have met one or two guys who literally have made me weak at the knees from just kissing.

Kissing is an important part of it all. A good kiss certainly makes me look forward to more.

It's possible that someone might be a bad kisser but good at sex, but I've usually found their skills at the two to be linked!

Some people take sex way too seriously and everything becomes a box ticking exercise and can often feel forced.

There's an old saying that if you don't laugh during sex you're not doing it right and the same goes for kissing.

If it feels forced or hard work it usually is so it's all about relaxing into the moment and not overthinking it.

I think this is so important , sex and kissing is for me sharing a mutual attraction, wanting to get to know the person and having a giggle or enjoying each others company during kissing and sex is so important as it makes the experience more fun. Getting to know the other persons weakness or what turns them on makes the whole experience more enjoyable

This is what I do too and it usually works, although there was one disastrous meet after a good kiss so I know not to trust it 100%

I can still remember everything about it from the smell of her perfume/Shampoo/body lotion to the softness of her lips and taste of her mouth

Well I ignored the fact it didn't work before and the sex was meh.

So decided now it's about the kiss and the chemistry. Doesn't mean I don't like the person just means I don't want to have meh sex with them.

Ah I'd not kiss before coffee we both would have travelled so might as well have a coffee at least

As I have always said a kiss can tell a lot.

As one fabber said earlier I’m very slow on making the first move. Maybe don’t want the push back but if I’m feeling it and the other person make any kind of gesture I go for it.
