"Never heard of him?? I have, but only because he's married to Gisele Bundchen That may explain why he'd need to be a great athlete " Him being married to her has absolutely nothing to do with being the greatest athlete of all time ....it's just a bi product of his unmatched success.

You could add LeBron James Kobe Brent Messi Ronaldo Usan Bolt Serena Williams The list is endless because comparing people across sports and generations is virtually impossible. But yes he is definitely someone that should be on those extensive lists

"Yeah he is certainly up there. His record is unbelievable. Its a bit like Henry Sheflin leaving Kilkenny, going to play with Carlow and getting them to a final. " It is exactly this . His 10th super bowl. Wow .

"Never heard of him, then again I'm no sport's enthusiast but you'd expect a G.O.A.T. to be known well beyond the ranks of the sport nerds and in a discipline that isn't unique to one country. Anyhow surprised how many watch NFL.... " American football is just a less popular, pansy version of rugby

So to think or to think too much was regarded as a predominantly feminine attribute and turned eventually into an insult as in weak, unmanly, gay... amazing.... oh sorry what was the topic...

His achievements speak for themselves but his sheer physical athleticism married with genius ability and unrivalled desire allowed him to achieve that. Though he did come across as a bit of a knob in the last dance series. Brady can't be the greatest 'athlete' ever as he's not actually that athletic, he can't do some of the things Lemar Jackson or Patrick Mahommes can do. But that doesnt mean he won't go down as a better quarterback than either of them. Though Mahommes might have the potential to in time. Jordan was so good he even made Nike Air what they are today ffs!!

"Rodger Federer hands down. " Have to agree. Between him and Steffi Graff but I think he was just more of a superstar
