I thought all swingers would have pineapple on pizza. It's the secret symbol of swinging. Back in ye olden days anyone invited to a party where a whole pineapple was served would know that they were honored guests, and that no expense was spared. Thus, the pineapple came to symbolize friendship, and welcome. Swingers have borrowed that symbol for modern times.

Ham and pineapple = sweet and salty, in fact any sweet citrus fruit works. I've had ham and orange and it was just as good. It's mostly the mental block because most people associate pizza with being only savory.
