Do ever find that oul confindce can get battening when had past relinships it blows self esteam for a while then pick self up after a wile .i tend find there soul mate out there for every one too many people judge each how look or what have I tend not judge people .i found swinging create jealous between couples if people are in relinship it should that love each other about making it last because have confidence in a relinship and trust is big part never let some shatter you're self esteam in life because some does that to person there not worth the hassle makes problems later on life x

i can fully relate, i went out with an amazing girl for 2 years, probably one of the best looking girls i have ever come across and an absolute sweetheart but some stuff happened and it all went wrong but me n her still love eachother but i find now, my confidence completely comes from how she is, if shees missing me i have the confidence to do anything but when it feels like she doesnt care i have zero confidence, its a shite situation! when you are with someone they make you happy and confident, when you lose that security its hard to be confident on your own

Why depend on anyone else to build up your own confidence????

We all have things that get us down but it's what we do about it that counts... when something or someone knocks you down, get up, shake yourself off and start again..NOBODY can do that for anyone! Lets build OUR OWN confidence up and not wait for anyone else to do it.. otherwise you could be waiting a verrrryyyyy long time and we can all definitely change our mindsets if we REALLY want to
