Over the last while particularly since Christmas I’ve noticed some friends and work colleagues struggling with mental health. Could just be Increased anxiety or extra worry.

I think we all need to watch out for each other.

I’m offering to listen to anyone online who might feel they’re struggling a bit and who might feel they need to get in touch with someone. Just putting it out there and would be interested in what people think.

I’m not a professional in this area, but I’m aware of a few organisations that are contactable and I could pass on contact details if people might just need to talk.

mental health with covid as an added extra is huge. Be it the burden of covid, having little life, loss of job etc, whatever it may be, mental health suffering is massive. Always good to look out for those around you
