It used to be music as I was at 3 or 4 gigs a week

I play and teach a musical instrument, I also played competitively most weekends pre-covid, and this takes up most of my free time.

I knit, craft & bake. I also enjoy upcycling/repurposing furniture and have a small collection of vintage pieces.

And when my gammy knee allows, I love a good ramble

Cork

Walks along the beach. Spending an hour in the gym with headphones on. Hiking and went rock climbing a few times before covid with a mate. I'm terrible at it but really enjoyed it ..

Music - playing, recording and teaching it.

Watching sport mostly GAA

Getting outside for exercise or walks or cycling - simply great for the head - the simple things

Meeting friends to either play music or catch up

Really interested in psychology and how people think so I’d say I’m a people observer.

Travelling and finding new authentic foreign experiences

And making terrible puns - the more someone groans in disappointment the happier I am
