Was the film Shame...a bit tame...?

Anyone a bit underwhelmed by Shame, I thought from the furore surrounding it that it was going to wild. Nothing you wouldn't get up to on a typical Tuesday night in Diceys...!

Haha, well he's all there anyway, you should watch it.

No no nooo, I didn't mean porn, but from some of the reviews I was reading I was expecting the subject matter to be more debased, all it was was him hooking up with a few girls, a threesum and some bi fun!

I dont think the point of the film was to show as much sex as possible, it was more about the characters and how their lives were affected by childhood trauma. I loved it, the cinematography and soundtrack are amazing in it and all the actors did a fine job. It certainly wasnt trying to be shocking , it was showing sex addiction for what it really is, a destructive element in someones life.
