"Yea I honestly thought it was for lunatics when it was first suggested. I'm just thinking it could help some people get through the next few months. Obviously do your homework and don't just jump in but check it out! " What benefits have you noticed?

"Yea I honestly thought it was for lunatics when it was first suggested. I'm just thinking it could help some people get through the next few months. Obviously do your homework and don't just jump in but check it out! What benefits have you noticed?" Definitely an improvement in overall mood, better sleep, less fatigue after weight training...... Just generally being more focused on the here and now. I started out doing the cold showers in the morning, just 30 seconds after my normal one. I'd still keep that up on days that I don't swim, I found that actually helped prepare me when getting into the sea as well.
