I’ve seen quite a few pix recently of bottles inserted in ladies. I’ll be honest I don’t understand the attraction, presuming that it’s not for the want of a dildo? Can anyone enlighten me?

Can't see the appeal. And I would think the suction effect would be quite unpleasant after a bit
