1st bit of advice we got was when adding pics to profile make sure we dont have any distinguishing features on show if we didnt want to be recognized, like tattoos or any like that

Trust your instincts and don't be pressured or guilted into meeting or doing something you don't want to do. And don't give out too much personal info until you get to know someone.

There are lots of decent people on the scene but don't be taken for a fool by the ones who aren't.

Although tempting, take your time with your first meet.

For example you meet a couple. You rush in not knowing their dynamic, and it's not what you expected. This puts a damper on future meet.

I was very fortunate with my first couple meet.

I can't remember the first advice about swinging, but I remember the one about online dating.

Never prejudge someone by their pics or chat and make up your mind only after you meet face to face.
