Hopefully there will be nothing less than inter county games until there is mass vaccination of the population

We know what happened the last time they played county leagues and championships

you wont have a mass vaccination of the population and I think hoping for it is far fetched. there is a world of people wont accept this vaccine. if we reach level 5 status in January once more, you will only have IC but hopefully we stay level 3 or below. decision been made on 18th re juvenile gaa resuming to a completion. club has will resume beginning of feb as long as we stay l3 or below. teams back training and all. those who are still in competition

gaa in consultation continuously with government. only way you wont see a resumption of club gaa, amateur soccer, amateur rugby is if you're in a L5. do I think that's a good think? absolutely. more normality we have, the better. unfortunately a vacc alone doesnt return life to full normality so we must keep going with what we can.

We have seen how the GAA behaved when they got back after the last lockdown with total disregard for communities and peoples health going on history we know they will be back to the same. Therefore they should be suspended until we have some sort of immunity in the community and are at least out of flu season

Yes I am a member of my local GAA and was heavily involved with underage up to junior teams and I enjoy the games so not a hater but reason has to prevail

a handful of gaa clubs did wrong. that's not a reason to close down the whole thing, including all amateur sports. you will not eradicate covid unless so many % accept the vaccine. getting the right amount to take it is highly unlikely at present.

If drink wasnt available there would be no social gathering after games plus most of these house parties in every town in the country every wk would be curtailed but we happy to sell alcohol freely ..wrong to blame the games
