I can't stand tubirdy, so it'll be a no from me! Though I wonder how they will do it with social distancing-just fly the kids around on drones maybe?

Dunboyne

Yay! Can post again

Much better show than previous years.

Ryan having to keep social distance meant he wasn't interrupting kids with how toys worked as much, which meant much more banter with the kids and some of them were great, the AC/DC girl especially "newspaper? Ah she's not that old"

The guy signing Used to be Giants for his late Dad & Dermot Kennedy joining him was my highlight/teary moment and I joined in on what I suspect will be the quickest ever €5m raised in Ireland proudly.

F me! It must be Christmas

Begrudge be damned!

The site crashed just after he announced it with so many people trying to donate. Great show even if he nearly blew it with the Fanta moment

some where in outer space

I loved it less emphasis on toys which I think was a good move due to less money around .....

Ryan's curse whn pouring the fanta classic ,

The fundraising amazing 5 million in such a short time !

And the children almost brought me to tears

What makes a person a snob ?. I've never seen him treat anyone with anything but respect. As for an audience, that a pretty stupid question in fairness

People haven't struggled so much financially since the last recession. Brings back a little bit of Irish pride seeing do much money come in for a good cause in such a short space of time.

Great to see they put the effort into including the virtual audience. Wonder if it's repeated on the player today, little ones are to young to stay up watching last night and of course I forgot to record it

I just hate to see kids who suffer. I am in amd out of hosp due to my ongoing cancer battles so I know what a hosp environment on a long term basis is like. The thoughts of poor innocent kids having to endure that.

I donate to Barnardos and Temple St monthly. If only I could give more.

It was great. As they already said, so heartwarming to see children who have to put up with a lot, they show strenght and resiliency and dignity in awesome ways. It's a lifechanging event for some of them.

Great causes to donate too.
