I've killed and eaten most edible animals (I've not killed any farm animals) but everything I killed I cleaned and cooked myself. I doubt most people would be able to do it. I used to go hunting/fishing with my dad from around 5 years old. I've killed and eaten most edible animals (I've not killed any farm animals) but everything I killed I cleaned and cooked myself. I’m intrigued as to the double standard where killing a fish cleanly and eating it is abhorrent yet many of those same folk lap up their fish supper on a Friday night. Have you ever seen a factory trawlers? How the fish are suffocated or crushed or filleted live before being packed in use for the masses’ fish fingers? But that was 20 years ago as I found shooting animals too easy so got into competition shooting Now with IR scopes lamping isn't needed. | |||

I know of one guy who considered buying one but didn't in the end, " As far as I know they have to apply for a firearm cert for one similar to a suppressor. I don't have one as I don't have a need for one. So getting one would be up to you local firearm sargent | |||

I gotta say.. I'm with you in the dunlops. As someone who wears a lot of wellies. Hunters are "fo sho", dunlops are the proper job. "Discovered Hoggs of Fife a while ago. A bit narrow around the ankles for pulling them off but very comfortable to cover good distances walking in them. | |||
