What did you have for dinner,or what will you have,I've had venison fillets,seared seasoned,then on with some butter,in the oven for a few mins,then made a lovely sauce,red wine,dark chocolate,thyme,bay leaf,chicken stock,rasberry vinegar,peppercorns,pancetta,cream,garlic,challotes,on a bed of soft cabbage with creamy soft mash potatoes,and a nice glass of merlot
