Just heard of a non alcohol guinness being introduced

Never liked guinness so wouldn't buy it anyway

What's people's favorite non alcohol beer in off sales or pubs

I can't imagine any alcoholic drink that I would choose in a zero alcohol version. Must of it tastes like shit, surely the alcohol is the whole point?

Guinness released a non-alcoholic IPA a while back that is pretty decent. Cant remember the name, but has a light blue label.

Heineken 0 is alright.

Erdinger is absolutely rotten , but it is the only option in tonnes of pubs :-/

I don't really drink anymore. Very rarely. But I still haven't managed to find any alcohol free versions that I like!

I drink now and then a non alcoholic lager, it's ok, but I certainly wouldn't drink a zero alc Guinness. If I have to drink the latter there has to be alcohol in it.

Anyhow did you know you can't buy non alcoholic beer before 11am, well at least not in Lidl.

I am a fan of a non-alcoholic beer because I wouldn't be a big drinker anyway... I like having the option to go out and have a couple of non alcoholic ones, and still drive. Nursing a Coke just isn't really the same!

As for which I like, I love the Erdinger NA and also BrewDog Nanny State. I haven't tried the new Seedlip non alcoholic spirit (you can have like a G&T type drink with this) but I defo will, as well as the Guinness OO!

Heineken Zero is the best non-alcoholic beer my opinion.

I think the Non-Alcoholic Erdinger smells like bean juice.

Not big into the drink anymore and haven't drank fizzy soft drinks in years so on occasions where I don't fancy getting d*unk I will drink the non alcoholic Heineken.

Some places do pints of it now which are nice.

Sometimes if I'm out , seems like ages ago now

.If I've the car with me and fancy a beer I'd have a Heineken 0 as I like the taste.

Sometimes it nice for a change from bloody diet if you're driving especially if having dinner in a restaurant

I remember in the past you'd actually get pressurised to have a pint or 4 by mates that you drove to the pub and would be driving home afterwards

When you think about it non-alcoholic drinks are silly.

Because if you are not going to drink alcohol, for whatever reason, why should you choose non-alcoholic versions of alcoholic drinks? There's plenty of tasty beverages out there. Coca cola, orange juice, lemonade, apple juice, water ... I could go on.

Now I know some people like the taste without the d*unkness. But there are many cheaper alternatives.

Not really for show, for me it's more the feel of 'Having A Drink' without the actual effects of alcohol, if you need to not be hungover or you need to drive home, or you're pregnant, or something else that means you can't have alcohol. And it's about getting to participate in the social aspect of going for a drink without being like, oh I'll just have a soft drink or whatever when you would usually drink, and people are asking you why aren't you drinking etc etc.

I suppose in some ways it's a bit like vaping really! As someone who's never smoked I'd never pick up a vape... But I can understand people who used to smoke using one.

I remember when Kaliber first came on the market and as a non drinker I had no interest in it because I didn't think it was aimed at me.

Someone bought me one though and one taste was enough.

Not that I could compare but it tasted like cats piss.
