2001: A space Odyssey is the greatest movie ever made in my opinion.

Some other favourites are the Godfather, Pulp Fiction etc

In your opinion, what's the greatest movie ever made?

You can pick more than one if you can't decide

My favorite is 2 but then I got very close to Tina Turner during a few gigs when the stage was set up like the Thunderdome and she was dressed as her character singing"we dont need another hero "

My favourite film is "An American in Paris" and I think everything about it is perfect! The seventeen minute ballet at the end

Maybe a bit out of left field but in terms of intricacies and the like I think "The Truman Show" is genius in how it's shot to be honest!

Funny in a way how sp many of the greatest movies so far in the thread are older. I do think k despite new cgi and all movies arnt as good as years ago hence all the remakes.

My ultimate favourite is casino and goodfellas, allt of peolple shit on godfather 3, its a good movie in its own right but nothing on the others (yes I like gangster movies ha)

Other honourable mentions are

Remember the titans

Fury

The reader

Cast away

Gold

Blow

The imitation game

Officer and a gentleman

And no list is complete without top gun
