This all the rage lately

Following on from someone else's thread about Potatoes, what is everyone's opinion on Chips?

Do we like salt? Maybe some vinegar?

Air fryer or deep fry?

What shape of chip is the best? Straight? Crinkly?

Triple cooked crunchy golden chips with a sprinkle of salt and lashings of malt vinegar. The smell olone if the vinegar evaporating together with the salt and piping hot potato chips.

I'm getting turned on here

Take away chips, apache do great home style. Mmm. As for a proper chipper, lennox's. With mushy peas. And yes, salt and vinegar. Or garlic salt if manage to bring them home

Yeah, it's all I like in Cork, like.

Yes it is! But you get to cook or buy your own chips and eat them whilst watching CHiPs with a chip on your shoulder!

Congratulations
