How often do you shower?

Has it changed for you if you're now working from home?

Just heard an "expert" on the radio say every other day is healthiest for our skin biome

Apparently sales of shower gel and shaving accessories are well down

Haha that's gas, although not that surprising when you think about it. I have a quick shower before bed everynight but I only wash my hair once a week cos it's thick as hell and doesn't really get greasy.

In terms of the skin biome, I'd well believe that showering everyday is damaging. But I reckon that if you keep the water warm, not hot, and use a good quality oil straight after before you dry off, you should be OK!

The one when I get home is just a quick run around to get wet and wash off the dirt...no shower gel

I don't shower daily unless it's 30 degrees. Privilege of working most of the time from home and being self(un)employed.

Whenever in contact with other human beings I come freshly washed.

As and when is needed, which is most days, always after the gym and any physical exertion again which is most days, Sunday’s are a day of rest and this includes not showering or shaving unless I’m going to be in contact with others (close contact that is)

Same as, I work alone in remote places, dont meet many people so don't bother. Unless there is contact with others I would waste the water.

Daily as a minimum.. but quite often twice a day.. morning and evening.. keeps me fresh

Had a friend fracture his spine, 6 months in a cast that for all intents was a vest... nurses wore masks cutting it off him :/

We produce natural oils to actually wash and replinish nutrients in our hair. I shampoo rough 10 days condition maybe every 3 days? Other wise wash with water and cold water at that!

As for body washing I scrub every morning sometimes in evening. Hygiene is essential but over washing is a no no.
