Condoms.

Yes, yes they are always to be used but if like us you're in a long term relationship, well we left johnies behind us years ago. So tip no 1, practice at home with or without your significant other. You dont want to be figuring this out in a play situation dor rhe first time in years.

2. Bring more than you think u will ever use in your bestest ever night. Latex and non if possible and condom friendly lube.

3. Using toys especially with another female can be hot as f*ck but sharing runs a risk. Use condoms with toys and pack toy friendly wipes or cleaner.

4. Knickers over suspender belt. Allows u to pull em off while leaving your expensive waspie on.

5. Tan. Most require at least 2 showers to completely wash off. No ones likes to nibble on tan nipples.

6. Check in with the person your playing with. Not just for cpls, applicable to everyone. A wee hows this or you comfy?

7. Nails! A hang nail will do more damage to a woohaa than birth! Short, clean and smooth. Buy an emery board or file if like Mr you work with ur hands.

IT'S SWINGING ISN'T AN EASY OPTION TO GET THE RIDE. IT'S TOUGHER HERE THAN ANY OTHER OUTLET , PUBS , CLUBS, INTERNET DATING SITES ETC ARE MUCH EASIER PLACES TO GET YOUR END AWAY.

Don't rush into meeting anyone. The one time I met someone within a few days was the worst and scariest meet I had.

Always bring your own condoms.

Don't be guilted into meeting anyone even for a social if you aren't feeling it let the other person know and don't meet.

Be yourself no point in pretending to be someone or something your not.

For women meeting alone;

Bring your own condoms and lube

Bring clean fresh underwear, I’ve had to go

commando (no not you C4) home a couple of times.

Always bring a phone charger as you could end up wasting your battery making videos

Always ALWAYS let someone know where you are going and for what time. Take a screenshot of their profile and send all their details to a RELIABLE friend. Arrange a time to call or text post-meet to confirm you are ok. If you don’t have anyone you can rely on, fuckit, message me, I’m discreet as hell.

Drink loads of water, loo breaks give you a chance to take stock and keeps your waterworks in check.

Trust your gut, it’s gotten you this far.

As well as letting a friend know where you are going, for peace of mind you can also set your SnapChat location on. So a friend can see your exact location at any point in time. It also shows if you are on the move in a car, if your phone goes offline etc.

For couples have a safe word or sentence you can use, you can say sentence to each other or in passing if you like/dislike the couple and your partner will understand during a coffee meet

Get yourself regularly tested for STIs. Condoms do NOT protect you fully, herpes, HPV and syphilis are spread by skin contact, diseases are also spread by oral sex (genital and anal).

You can be infected yet asymptomatic.

I would agree with the Chinese whispers part. Too many have an axe to grind for perceived slights. If you know something 100% on the other hand then make a call. One of the things that in any scene can ruin a person's rep be it swinging or bdsm.

"Why is that so many singles lads have face pics on here? Not sure I have ever seen a couple on the Irish site with facepics?

That’s discretion for you

What about single ladies...huge amount of them with face pictures "

There's quite a few couples as well some even post on the forums quite regularly.

In fairness there is a number of males, cpls and women that show their face on their profile. But I wonder why you single out only the males for this. To me it's not a valid reason on your behalf for making the 1st statement on single men. But that's just me. I tend to look at individuals not the sex as a whole.

Great points OP, couple from us turn up on time, especially if you chose the time to meet, don't expect a ride for turning up, there has to be a spark sometimes you can influence this by being well turned out, dont smoke if you have on your profile that you don't (amount of people who do this is crazy) it's not that we won't meet smokers but draw the line at people who blatantly lie. Throw an odd complement, a bit of wooing goes a long way. Oh and bring condoms.
