They announced the end of their show and I've never seen one episode of it and don't think I ever will to be honest

Have they changed the world for good or bad or even left a legacy

I have never watched an episode. I don't feel they've contributed in any way useful to young people growing up watching their show going by social media interviews etc. However, I will say they've got their business heads screwed on as I'm sure they've all made millions and gained worldwide recognition

They turned vacuous attention seeking and avaricious materialism into legitimate life goals for a whole generation.

Oh, and called it empowerment.

And most younger women and some younger men tbf call it that now too. So many people making a living as celebrities these days without actually having any talent.

Ah its easy to hate on the Kardashians but they just rode the wave and took advantage of what was already there.. yeah it's vacuous, empty and what not but people wanted it enough that they got to a level that we're responding to a thread about them

Ryan Seacrest and the mam Chris are most likely in league with Satan and or the Illuminati but I give the rest of the fam a pass

And on a serious note Kim is putting her fame to good use now and has got a lot of wrongfully convicted people out of prison

From sex tapes and lip filler to prison reform & mental health awareness: Has Keeping Up With The Kardashians been a positive or negative on society

It’s the end of an era. One lost diamond earring, three weddings, ten kids, three divorces, a million pairs of Good American jeans and one infamous sex tape later; from 2021, we will no longer be keeping up with the Kardashians.

It may seem a trite announcement in the midst of a global pandemic, political unrest and an economic recession, but the cultural impact of this one family cannot be understated. Beyond the control pants, the perfumes and the lip kits. They are the family that introduced the idea of exposure as an enterprise. A concept that has taken us from leaked sex tapes to reality TV to the dawning of the Instagram influencer.

This is their legacy according to the american media tonight

Well judging by the amount of girls who wear crop tops & high waisted gym leggings looking to enlarge their arse in the gym.....the K's have done their job!

Used to watch it years ago. Cant stand them now. Money hungry fame hungry. Hats off to them in one way, not sorry to see the back of them either.

Wasn't it the Osbournes that "introduced the idea of exposure as an enterprise" and the Kardashians merely copied them?
