Looking for single women's perspective here. Would you consider getting more serious with someone off fab? Are you also dating on vanilla sites? Given the current situation does it make sense to pick a fella and stick with him? I've seen some men talk exclusive FWB, would you do that? Interested to hear the ladies thoughts, as a single woman I wouldn't be opposed to getting into a relationship on here, if the right guy appeared.

Dating aps? No im not on any, i find fab is more than just sex tho ive met some amazing friends on here and view it as a social tool as well.

I know your looking for a woman's perspective on the subject but To add my 2 cents I'm on a dating site to see if this relationship thing is possible for me so far I very much doubt it I'm judged before they even get to know me probably something similar I feel here just without the relationship part lol

Talking a bit about my experience, all dating apps and sites are the same. And it is a lottery: you might get lucky but you need to buy the tickets. You will find douches and nice people in all. Stick with who you are and make no concessions about it and what you want. Good luck.

This joint is as good as any to find the right person ..maybe even better as you know straight away what each are into ..which also tells you straight away if the person is not what you want ..

I’ve been in relationships with fabbers before and none ended well. So it’s a no from me.... having said that if I found “the right” person would I hold the fact that they are on fab against them? Probably!

Sure if you don't try you will never know..

Have had relationships with other fabbers in the past that didn't work out.

But then again i have had relationships with non fabbers and that didn't work out either.

Assuming the other person is not already in a relationship then you have little to loose.

But at the end of the day its down to luck and opportunity. Maybe my perfect partner is here but has her age filters set one year younger than me or bulk deletes my email.

Yes I would love to find a guy to have a relationship with.

Swinging together would be fantastic I feel....if only he'd step forward and say hi

We didn't meet on fab, but we did meet on a sex site and are very happy together.

I'm always bemused when someone says they wouldn't get into a relationship with someone on fab, doesn't that mean they themselves aren't relationship material too?

I kinda enjoy my single life but winter is coming and I am dreading the thought of a possible lockdown during winter.

I suppose a FWB for winter would be ideal.

Not the women's perspective your looking for.

But if you met them on fab and your both for it then that's great. I can see it being better than tinder even, no having to explain your on a swingers site and what not.

Go with the flow, see how ya feel. Romance has originated from stranger places before

Have dated some one off here for a while just didn't work out. Still on talking terms tho(she's prob reading this).

Dating apps are a no. This is going to sound so bad but I find most girls are on dating apps after they break up from other relationships. Looking for company. And it will never work out. Just my experience guys prob same break up. Jump on an app. As I said that's a bad view but just my experience don't shoot me.

I don’t think there is a right or wrong way to meet somebody for a relationship. For every relationship bad experience you hear about on sites like Fab, there is a good news story, as this thread shows. The traditional way of meeting somebody for a relationship, ie at mass, a bar, or even the supermarket, can have just as many pit falls as the modern dating app route...it’s all down to an individuals outlook and whether they meet the right person.

Thanks to whoever mentioned the lotto, nearly forgot

Ive had a couple great long term fwb from fab. I'm not against meeting someone on here, you see a lot of couples formed here and sure why not. Sexual compatibility is important imo.

Why not. I’d be open to it if I were single and the guy was nice and I had a connection with him. In a way the sex side is up front and it takes the pressure off a little of getting to know from a ‘vanilla’ stance what way I work sexually.

I personally think that fab should have a dating part as in my eyes finding a fab partner would be so much better as dont have to have the awkward conversation telling them your a swinger lol they all ready know lol

I think we get judged wherever we go, just a part of life. Suppose you just have to stay open to the possibilities eh?

I'm currently dating a fellow fabber. We met in a group chat from here and so far so good. I think here is perfect to date and makes things easier and more exciting. Each to their own.

I think it's as likely with someone from Fab as from any other site or circumstance where you meet people.
