Personal Assistant Required

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Wicklow based office.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistance:

•Manage the recruitment & selection process, ensuring all staff are content

•Provide advice to the management team on all matters of contentment

•Ensure the management team is trained & competent to manage employee relations issues effectively and outside legislation

•Co-ordinate, develop and deliver training in the hotel booking, including induction, skills training, customer service, management development and training.

•Co-ordinate the appraisal process

•Co-ordinate all coffee needs

•Participate in all group activities

•Manage the Induction Training Process, ensuring that all team members are inducted at least one hour after arrival.

•Organise monthly Team Committee Meetings becoming part of the Team Committee, ensuring that feedback is acted upon immediately and helping to organise internal events.

•Assist & manage the overall training process with regard to BJ, DVP, DP and WAM.

•Facilitate and organise Hotel Meetings, organising the agenda, lights, camera's, equipment and awards

Essential Requirements:

•FIRST AND FOREMOST MUST BE VERY FLEXIBLE!!!!

•BJ, DVP, DP, WAM qualifications

•Minimum 5 years experience in similiar PA role

•Strong communication and negotiation skills including in MFM, FMF or group suituations

•Knowledge of employment law you need to know it if you want to break it

Salary: Benefit in Kind

Hmmm was sure there would be more interest in this as its a reccession but as there's only been two applicants so far can we both have the job ........we are very good at sharing

I too thought there would be more interest ? so if you two can send through your CV's along with references I will have a look. Would it be a problem to share the job for you guys ? It only seems fair ?

That is not a worry , more concerned about the new Staff being able to handle the management. May be a probationary period to start depending on experience

Lots of experience and as for dress code em as we're a bit messy we should probably just stick with aprons
