Ahh i wouldnt be so quick to judge all women or cpls. Must say in nearly 3yrs here,ive only been blocked maybe twice and feck ive looked at 100's of profiles. Then again some ppl just write shit up here to get a response.

i used to just blook people that message and had no pix and dont accom, or those that sent friend request without a message!! no i didnt post this topic to suck anyone in!!! no one is that importand, nor would i hae the insight to know who will post!! come on now seriously pmsl what i said was i now go into who looked at me and if they have no pix and dont accom i block to save them bothering to message, my profile is clear and still get people sendin same messages a that dont accom or have pix, pmsl not a trick post realy and if people that have responded then well i didnt know u would come on really!!! so should blocking be banned then????

what if they're new, haven't dared putting up public pics yet and maybe they'll buy a house next day and can accommodate? lol

I only block people if they were rude, annoying or abusive. Just because someone is not my type doesn't mean I don't want to talk to them in a friendly way. I've formed some online friendships for support, helping each other out, giving tips etc.

Btw, be careful who you talk to here on the forums. The forums are not to be used to contact people who have blocked you and I think also vice versa, as it would encourage them to break the rules lol

Single women and mf couples receive alot of messages on here naturally can guess most are probably from a type of element they wouldn't necessarily be interested in consequently it cuts out the 200th polite "no ty" of their day.. so can understand why they do it!

without intending to sound nasty or whatever.. received countless mails from picless profiles that begin " lets fuck" ect.. no profile text , no pics.. tactless manner, for fems and couples guessing they have to deal with that times by a far greater amount!

Going to foolishly add my tuppence worth here.

In regards to blocking, I have been known to block the odd profile before they have even got in touch. I also have lots of filters on my mail too. Is this as offensive to people who try to mail and get a message saying they cant for whatever reason?

I really think people are going way over the top on this subject. If you want to block , do it, the function is there for a reason and I don't think it is fair that someone should get a hard time for choosing to use the service whatever way they see fit.
