Perhaps if you had a windmill you could generate enough power to keep the lights on in West Waterford during the storm "Such a bright idea!! Why don't street lights each have their own little turbines on top with a dynamo so that when the power goes because of wind they carry on lighting? Cost maybe, but what about if the street lights could borrow the capital and pay it back when the power doesn't go down? Ah but of course, the power goes every time its windy. I'll shut up now! | |||
