Do you dedicate time for yourself during the week for you alone or with people but doing something you want. I TRY get an hour a day to exercise. Nothing to strenuous but I like the peace it brings with me and just concentrating on exercise and little else ? If you do what is it you like to do in your own time ?

That sounds really positive and healthy. I keep promising myself to do that but I’m both lazy and disorganised I need to get better about getting some exercise

Himself does about 2 hours a day working out. we try to get out once a week just the two of us and go for a walk or get a coffee. hoping the rain will hold off today so we can get out for a nice walk on the beach somewhere

I have an hour in the morning to read, the same at lunch and in the evening. I exercise twice a day listening to an audiobook. I find it’s very important to set time aside.

My town

I like to pamper myself with a good face mask (not the ones for covid reasons,,) lie on a bed listening to a podcast or listening to nothing without hearing one of my kids calling me....it may not sound much but with three women in my house it means I get back some of sanity if only for a short time .

Yes, I walk my dog every day. Also read and ignore dog and children whenever possible

Everyday I try and get to the gym. I’m always busy with work so committing to a class always gets me there on time! It’s only an hour a day but I don’t get any real satisfaction of working out alone. It’s the friends I have and having them push you on does it for me plus you always feel great after it!

Besides the face masks it sound amazing, alot to be said for peace haha

I'm also an introvert and not joking here but I really feel mentally drained if I dont get an hour or so peace to myself a day. I like people but socializing it tiring haha

Yes I run a few days keeps me sane and also me to sort my thoughts.
