If they look like they go to the gym - pick a muscle group that you like. Or if they look fashionable - pick something you like about their clothes etcetera. Less creepy than 'nice ass' or 'you're dreamy'. If people never dared do this, most of humanity wouldn't exist - unless you want to go back to arranged marriages and matchmakers? | |||

I find it safer to be very specific in a compliment. It shows you have taken the time to appreciate said feature, but don't say it while drooling.
