A question for you? Why do people on here string fabbers along for ages, getting to know you and asking questions, making plans to meet up.. Send photos etc etc and then just dissappear with out a reason?

Unfortunately they can get away with it on Fab.

There may be a reason ... moved onto the next shiny thing, attached, boredom & playing games.

Have to say, some men on here can be the same too.

There is a certain amount of safety in the anonymity of being online only but actually putting yourself out there physically and meeting just seems to be a risk too far for some. Some are well intentioned but bottle it some are less so well intentioned from the outset

"They like the chase, it's an ego thing."

There is enjoyment, pleasure, it's a trill. They get to chat, engage with people that they probably won't other wise.

There are lots of genuine men women and couples on fab and other sites. Just forget about the wannabes. It can be annoying when you get set up. Keep the salt close to hand

It's part of fab but same on other sites too. I'm sure majority of us here have been stung by fake profiles you just learn to spot them even though the odd one slips through. But thankfully along the way can discover some good ones. Keep the faith

The fake profiles are easy to spot and deal with.

It is the real profiles with the people behind them behaving in a fake manner, that is what ruins it.

The fact they go out their way to set up a email address then an account here and when they are found out they do it all over again rinse and repeat just baffles me like is the boredom that severe

It can be quite damaging to someones confidence if they ain't quick to cop that the profile is fake

They're not all pretend. Some simply design a persona to escape their dull and dreary day-to-day.

I feel sorry for them and swerve.

Some come on and play the delicate ingenue when in reality they're pro-swingers with more miles on the clock than Heffs fav playboy bunny.

It's the ones who fall for it that I feel sorry for there, victims of full-on hustlers.

I'd say that's more a sign that they didn't fancy you after your pic rather than being fake.
