Morning folks!

Well hows everyone getting on with the opening of gyms this wee while back?

Easing back into some kinda routine, getting a little bit of normality back into your lives?

I had been doing online classes during lockdown and thought I'd probably keep them going even after it eased. However, when my gym re-opened, I thought I'd give it a go and I've been very happy with how I've found it. One-way system in and out, group training well-spaced out, hand sanitiser, cleaning materials for your equipment. I've only done classes so far, so I've no idea how the actual gym area is (you have to pre-book it and it's impossible to get a booking at the minute) but I'm happy enough with the class option.

Wouldn’t chance a gym now. Mine is only allowing 45 mins sessions anyway. I don’t do classes so I’m running on the streets to keep me sane. Genuinely don’t think it’ll ever be normal again for the next few months. I miss my weights

Tbh as long as folk keep wiping down after they use whatever and give eachother there space and distance its no different than being in a workplace....ive been working through out all this covid, have alot of gym gear at home in garage....its nice to get the room to use certain stations and extra equipment...the extra room is good...keep at it eother way folks at home or in a commercial enviroment...keep your wits about ye and stay safe

Just returned to my local gym

Have to book ahead now to get a 45 minute workout

but am grateful that I can finally release some pent up

post lockdown angst and frustration!

Good safe set up in some of the gyms considering the

times we're in though

I was the lucky one i guess,as gym owner provide me with a key so i could train thru all lockdown.

Empty gym and time off work result in good progression. Acts of kindness like this makes me belive in humanity

Very handy that!

Im lucky myself that i have a rack and weights, kettlebells, trx, bands at home with other stuff that has done us rightly over this time....obviously i still use it all....its just great to have access to more room and stations that help change things up when need be
