There and Back again?

So, to those of you who left fab and came back, Why?

I know it can be a bit to much at times and sometimes I do question the point of it all.

I personally deleted it after a profile started using my pics , and it had done so for a while. I've taken more precautions since, but still was off putting as I'm fairly discrete.

Coming back to Fab and getting verified again as a hassle, so I may just hide my account if I feel that way again.

But I'm genuinely interested in hearing your reasons as to why you left and came back again

I did not delete my profile but hidden for a while.

Its better way to keep all veris and friends than deleting the profile and start over again.

I was on here before and met with some great people. I guess for me leaving was a silly old thread that went on here and it was naming people (it was weird). Then things change and you get busy with events, fab gets de-prioritized. I did find my way back though and on the verification side since you mentioned, it’s COVID so I’m personally not actively seeking to meet but spend my time on the forums

Add black mail threats and abuse to that list.

I deleted my first profile an hour after my first meet as I out myself in an extremely dangerous position.

2nd time a guy I had chatted to and shared a few pics, had a go at me cause my pics were not "photobomb" worthy on a messaging app and than threatened to share with my work colleagues and family.

3rd time because I met someone and thought give vanilla relationship a go. Didn't work out so rejoined

And at this stage I'm here just to use the forums and post my stories

Left first time because we felt we needed to discuss further between ourselves before doing anything.

Left second time as we couldn't be bothered with the hassle of trying to find suitable meets

This time round we have taken a couple of breaks and hidden our profile when more important things were getting in the way or we just weren't feeling it. We haven't met since February due to coronavirus situation and are active only on forum.

We ve left and come back a few times for various reasons.At the end of the day if you aren't enjoying yourself what's the point .Best to hide your profile tho instead of deleting so you don't have to start from scratch again .

Left because I had gotten a bit fed up with it and wanted to take my head away from it, in hindsight should have hidden my profile.

Something bold and cheeky about the site keeps luring me back in. Made some friends here this time round who are always fun to meet up with.

Left first time after a weird and abusive first meet. Rejoined 6 months later and made a few friends but hid my profile and left again 6 months after that due to too much drama.

Stayed away for a year and then came back on simply to delete my profile.

Regretted that decision a month or so later and joined up again with this profile and a more relaxed attitude, spending more time in the forums and less concerned with messaging. I let people make up their own minds about me in here.
