VANILLA CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT

DUBLIN

Following the recent announcement from the government and after much deliberation we have decided to postpone the reopening of the Vanilla Club. This decision was not an easy one as we can not wait to reopen our doors and offer a safe and fun environment for our community however we must abide by the current regulations and feel it is the best thing to do. We are hoping we will be able to reopen on the weekend of the 14th August but we must wait for the next phase to be opened. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope you understand and will continue to support us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and in the meantime stay safe xxx

You can only do what you think is safest. Just once ye're there for us all when it's safe to go back

No chance pubs or clubs will be open this year. Just walked up Camden Street, 2 pubs fairly full, smoking areas full. No social distancing, let's hope no one has it as contract tracing will be impossible.

Sure it's only a couple of weeks extra.....Not a problem. Now we have a babysitter sorted for that night we'll have to take advantage and organise something ourselves

I wish the government would ban Americans and non essentials from flying into Ireland. They are ignoring quarantine rules and going to restaurants and bars and tourist attractions. It's not helping

"I wish the government would ban Americans and non essentials from flying into Ireland. They are ignoring quarantine rules and going to restaurants and bars and tourist attractions. It's not helping "

And that's the truth..the whole truth and nothing but the truth..we have to Abid by stipulations yet the government open the flood gates for American tourists to fly in from Seriously affected areas ..a complete and utter joke !!... totally beggars belief ...

Tough decision to make but in the circumstances the correct.

Let's hope when this is over we can thank them with our support they deserve it. Without the Vanilla and previous Venue where would we be for a club.

We were looking forward to it but 100% correct decision, hope we can make the new dates when announced if safe and hope that after all that you guys have done to create and keep the club open it doesn't end up closed indefinitely.

Best of luck V&J
